Played network streaming URLs persist after uninstall

Using iPhone7 and frustrated with not being able to edit the recently played URLs list I uninstalled then re-installed the app.

But the recently played URLs list persisted.

Even uninstalling via Settings app > General > Storage & iCloud Storage > Manage Storage and choosing to delete app data as well makes no difference.

After reinstalling the recently played URLs list is still there.

Seems the only way to get rid of it would be to reset the phone!
