Problem Streaming to shoutcast server

Ok, So i have setup my shoutcast server. on allheavymetal.net:8000 with 1 stream allowed. but i'm having a problem getting VLC to stream to the server:

Following a lot of search in google and this forum i worked out i should be using the --sout command line option but i can't workout why it's not working.

I'm starting VLC from an admin command prompt using

Could some one please tell me why this is failing?

stream_out_duplicate error: no destination given

Your duplicate is useless, because your } is misplaced.
