Sound gurgles if video got more than 1 audio

I faced this with every video I launching. I'm using Macbook Pro 15'', latest macOS (Sierra) and player makes some gurgle-noises, like one track is played twice with 0.1 sec delay. But it happens only in videos, that contains more than 1 audio track. What could it be? I can't use it and I have to search for alternatives. But I love VLC!

I don't think this is about multiple tracks but with 7.1 AAC tracks specifically. I have the same issue with 2.2.4 (64) on Sierra.
