Subtitles appear in pink

Postby Kralux » 10 Jan 2017 21:55

Hello all,

Since the last update I've been facing this issue where all of my .srt subtitles turn pink in the Windows Store VLC. This was not the case a few days ago.
I thought about posting here to see if other users are having the same kind of problem. For the record, I'm using the Windows Store VLC on the latest Windows 10 update.

I don't know what it was like before since I just downloaded it today on my XB1, but on videos where I have .srt files the subtitles were bright pink. I also seem to have the problem where they can't be disabled. I'm going to end up deleting them just so they don't continue to annoy me.

Hello,

I am having the same problem. I dont understand why they cant just be white like in MediaPlayerClassic on my PC.

I understand this is in beta but its causing me to not use VLC on the xbox as the subs are off putting.
