shifting or adjusting video position

Postby katrask » 15 Dec 2016 18:36

I have a network video stream I'm subscribing to and the video comes in shifted vertically by roughly 150 pixels. So the top 150 pixels actually appears at the bottom of the video with a 60 pixel black bar above that and the rest of the video above that. Is there a way to shift the video image down? I don't want to crop off the video because I'd lose part of my actual video.

I've looked through menu options and threads and can't seem to find anything.

No, so far, there is not. However, it shouldn't be too hard to do.
