I can download VLC Player for any OS in 32 or 64 bit. I have Windows 10 64 bit.
However, when I try to download VLC Skin Editor, all I can find it the development page and when I click on the latest build (r2.19.zip - 2012), it gives me:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /altglass/skin-designer/VLCSkinEditor_r219.zip on this server.
Is it available for standard users?
