TV show sorting is lame .. how to make it work ?

I have copied tv show episodes but they do not sort into folder and do no show as tv shows.

Example of failing name is :

Juhan.Shuttai.S1E01.(848x480.x264)

It would be far more clever to be able to select a bunch of episodes and set the tv show name with the keyboard instead.

I created a folder to work-around the issue, but when removing all the episodes from the folder, it is still seen in itunes screen but cannot be seen/accessed/removed from the ipad. So using folders, I'll end up with a bunch of ghost folders that cannot be removed.
