SFTP Broken VLC 2.0.5 For Android
I updated VLC app for Android to version 2.0.5 on 3 devices today. Now I cannot connect to sftp shares. Was working fine on version 2.0.4. Appears to not attempt to log-in to sftp server. Devices updated from Play Store today are: Nexus 5X, Nexus 7(2013), and Moto X(2013). Reverted back to version 2.0.4 on Nexus 5X and sftp works again. (downloaded from here: https://get.videolan.org/vlc-android/2. ... -ARMv8.apk)
