Live Streaming/Playing raw H264 video data

I am receiving raw h264 data from a socket using the QTCPSocket Library from QT. My problem arises when i receive them as how am i going tho turn them into a visual stream. I was asking if there is by any change a library i can use in QT to Decode and Play them as they come from the client's side ?
