How run many RTSP streams in one

Hi ,
please i need advice about how stream multi RTSP link coming from 30 IP camera to HTTP protocol ,
and how get these camera in the next side ,the other side user will use VLC also to see the 30 camera ,
so the situation as following ,i need to stream 30 camera and see them after streaming
i can run only run one by one stream on the VLC but can't run all streams which are in the stream playlist,
