Enlarge VLC icons

Microsoft technical support has told me that Windows 10 does not contain a built-in app for viewing
DVD movies.

As a substitute, the Microsoft technical support installed VLC 2.2.2 Weatherwax for me. However, I find that the icons in VLC are too small be legible. Please tell me how to enlarge them.

I am running a Dell laptop with Windows 10. Because it comes with a high DPI monitor, I must use a
resolution of 3200 x 1800 with a magnification of 300%. These extreme settings are necessary in all
apps and programs. If I reduce these display settings the display will overflow beyond the borders of my
monitor.

I thought about buying FHD 1920 x 1080 15.6 inch laptop.
I knew this problem.
So I bought 15.6 inch HD display laptop purposely: 1366 x 768 resolution.
This is the optimal resolution. Not too small, not too big.
