I want to see how this plugin works for iOS but I haven't found it in sources.
Could you explain where to look for it?

flac playback works exactly the same on iOS as on other platforms. With our own ogg demuxer and the flac decoder from either libavcodec or libflac. However, this is probably not your actual problem. Can you give details?
