VLC plays multiple audio tracks when converting

Postby MasterFlux » 19 Aug 2015 22:04

Hey guys, first post here.

I'm trying to convert some animes I have in 1080 mkv's down to 720 mp4's so I can burn them to DVDs. Ive done this before successfully, but for whatever reason vlc has decided to play the English and Japanese audio tracks simultaneously when i convert the videos. Im 100% sure I'm using the same settings Ive always used, but apparently something got changed along the way. It's probably something stupid right in front of me, but i cant figure it out. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Have you chosen to save more than one audio tracks when converting? You can use a video converter to do that, I have tried this with Pavtube video converter ultimate.

Perhas this one:
* VLC now streams all elementary streams, you can revert to previous behaviour
with --no-sout-all
Tools > Preferences > Show settings = All > Stream output: [ ] Enable streaming of all ES
