Streaming option

Hello all, I am a new here on this forum, but I would like to ask you if you can help me with my idea.
I would like to receiving the radio stream from some online radio stations to my server, and then
from this server I want to stream it. So whenever I will be I could connect to this server and start
to listen the radio. Is it even possible ?

If so, is here a cli way how to set up the vlc ? because I dont have a gui installed on my server.
