VLC player freezing video on other application's full-screen.

Hello,

I noticed that whenever I alt tab to a full-screen game, the video from my VLC player freezes.
The audio continues, though.

I've seen that this is a pretty spread problem and I tried the usual suggestions,
mainly enabling OpenGL as the video Output. However, it did not solve my problem.

Do you guys have any solution for that kind of problem?

Okay I actually found a way to make it work. I just let VLC run in full screen mode, and it doesn't freeze the image anymore.

Would like to know a better way to do this though
