I have some mkv files, with subtitles. The normal version of VLC works fine, but the app doesn't show the subtitles. It detects that subtitles exist and give me the option to select them, but they don't show on screen. Also, if it were possible to set subtitles to on by default that would be great.
Currently running Windows 8.1 Pro on Surface Pro 3, using the VLC Windows Store App
