I had uploaded a mp4 file to my IPhone5 using the Itunes-USB from my laptop.

Is there any way I can share this file from my IPhone to another IPhone without laptop/Itunes, plainly using WIFI/BT?

My tutorial:
1. Enable the personal hotspot on your first iPhone
2. Connect the second iPhone to the personal hotspot Wi-Fi of your first iPhone
3. Start VLC iOS on the second iPhone
4. Enable ''Sharing via WiFi'' on the second iPhone
5. Start VLC iOS on the first iPhone
6. Open ''Local Network'' on the first iPhone
7. Click by ''Shared VLC for iOS Library'' iPhone
8. Now can your media streaming or downloading
