don't know how to use vlc with my ip camera

I have two ip camera
one has http server and I can use vlc to view video from it using vlc http://.....

the other ip camera I have doesn't have an http server and the software I use to see video (under windows) is called "SYSM monitor"
I think it's and udp camera but don't understand how to access with vlc

could you please help me?
