Write Video Time Stamp To Excel

I have a set of "Degree Incline" data which I recorded at the same time I recorded a video. The data table contains Degree Incline and Time. I would like to access the video Time and write it to a Excel file with the end goal of comparing my Incline Time to the Video Time and adjusting an instrument to the appropriate Degree Incline. Can anyone point me to how I can read the Video Time to an Excel file? Thanks!
