Disable MediaPlayer.getSnapshot() overlay text

Postby sealpuncher » 04 Oct 2014 20:53

Hi I am wondering if there is a way to remove the overlay text when you use MediaPlayer.getSnapshot() while playing back a video. I have no problem with the function itself and it's working great but I really don't want the text displaying the temporary file location to show up. I have tried MediaPlayer.enableMarquee(false) and MediaPlayer.enableOverlay(false) both when the MediaPlayer is constructed and right before calling getSnapshot();

Thanks.

Come on. You're not even trying. :) This was covered last month:
