The video is downloaded from Youtube: http://youtu.be/8kX5_69sO8Q?list=UUE0uN ... wAZcIQY7rw using Google Chrome via Internet Download Manager the audio plays fine while the video isn't also the video cant possibly be corrupted since it plays fine on other players i tested it on MPC-HC & WMP.

Using VLC 2.1.5 (64bit) on Windows 7 Home Premium (64bit)
