Has anyone encountered this problem? How do I fix it?

This is the file I am using: http://subs.com.ru/page.php?id=37452&a=dl

It is an SRT file.

Thanks

Select the proper character encoding in the preferences, or use Unicode subtitles.

What would the correct character encoding option be? How do I use Unicode subtitles?
