show just the playlist (again)
Hello: w8.1.1. VLC just installed v2.1.5 (29juillet14). I now see 2 VLC windows - one is the "video" showing the VLC cone. The other is the playlist. How do I view just the playlist, with the controls under it? I have looked at the preferences, and checked the FAQs. Thank you.

Have you been in Simple References for Interface Settings "Integrate video in interface" enabled?

Yes, I checked and unchecked the box. No difference in behavior, problem persists. Thanks.
