Compilation for VLC for iOS fails

I am trying to compile the VLC for my iPad. It fails with following error message. I have developer license for my iPad. Can anyone guide me to what is missing? Where to install the code sign certificate etc..?

You need to select the correct code sign certificate you have installed, within the VLC for ios xcode project.
