Hi,
Does anybody know why VLC can't open this particular MKV: http://www.nyaa.se/?page=view&tid=571707
Thanks!
It just says there loading forever...What happens instead of opening?
Any updates about it?Interesting. Please PM me with info how to obtain this exact sample.
Yeah, that's what happened. The font config cache is regenerated, which should be only needed once. Just wait until it continues playback. (The new VLC version will include a progress bar to make clear that the program is doing something useful here...)
If you try to play the file the second time, it should start immediately.
but the version 2.2 read wrong size on opening credits.Yeah, that's what happened. The font config cache is regenerated, which should be only needed once. Just wait until it continues playback. The very first time that happens it doesn't show any window nor anything and if you look at the activity monitor it could also show VLC as "not working"... but if you let it regenerate the font config cache, then the second time you open it should be fine.
Good to hear that next versions will show a progress bar (waiting for 2.2.0!)
What do you mean by wrong size? here you can see the difference:What do you mean by wrong size?
