turn off name of file played in vlc?

turn off name of file played in vlc?

when a video is recorded in vlc it saves as a vlcrecord. when played back in vlc it shows the name of file at bottom of screen. can this be turned off

how to I erase the names.WhenI click on the VLC Icon on the dock, the names of the videos are showing

Tools > Preferences > ( Show settings = Simple ) > Subtitles & OSD: [ ] Show media title on video start
Save changes, restart VLC.
