LibVlc + Delphi + Linux (Ubuntu)

Hello There,
Has somebody tried run some lazarus application over linux using PasLibVlc? http://prog.olsztyn.pl/paslibvlc/

I has develop myself transcoder and always give me error when try run it, also try execute demos including into this wrapper and provide me the same error after libvlc_vlm_play_media...show an message RunError(216) also, never display PasLibVlcPlayer on design mode or runtime mode. I had tried with some version, the last and also vlc 2.0.8, just I am not sure if is library troubles.
Can somebody help me on it?
