imem-caching parameter

Postby jcrasterman » 25 Apr 2014 10:43

Hi there,

I have noticed that in the last version of VLC (2.1.3) the imem-caching parameter is not required nor permited. Is that true? Is there any other option to control de buffering time for imem? The real problem is that I'm sending stream over HTTP and there is too much delay (imem-caching + network-caching + client-caching = more than 5 seconds)... how could I reduce this delay? thanks for your support and many thanks for this great program and api that is VLC + libVLC.
