HLS streams France24 and NHK World how to play?

Hello,
i'm want to play the following channel sin my vlc player but i'm not able to get the correct stream url for them or its not playing like i want:

here i found a m3u8 url what plays in the player but stops always after the segement is finsihed or makes a longer pause; is there a parameter i have to set for the buffering or so?

and here for i could not find any stream address what played in the vlc player, this is also a HLS stream i think.

all two streams were been fine before one was mms and nhk was a rtmp stream

so perhaps somebody can help me here
