Translate a stream

Hello all,
I hope i am in the right section.

I am looking for translate a stream in linux but im tired findin' it.
the way of stream is as below example:

https:IP:folder1:222/index.m3u8 user-agent :http-user-agent=stagefright.

So i want this stream to work in linux as normal to restream it with m3u.
