Stream from VLC WIndows to some android tabletts

Hi,
i want to do the following things.
For our band i want to use some android tabletts and then i want to stream a video with song texts from a windows pc to all tabletts (3 or 4).
Is it possible? Ho can i configure it, that it works automaic when all tabletts and pc started the VLC player? Every Video i play at the windows pc have to stream out to all available tabletts, without to many clicks. we don't have time for that between 2 songs.
