Problems with BlueRay sound and menu

Postby MED-IA » 04 Mar 2014 13:36

Some problems while trying to play the BlueRay "Billy Elliot" and its bonus material.
The menu is not reachable so I can not reach the added material.
Also:
The one-and-only language that sounds is the original "english". The other languages, listed in the bar, are "voiceless".
The name of the disk is "Billy_Elliot_G51", made for the european market.
Using VLC Player (64bit), Windows 8.1, the main title starting immediately.
The actual Laptop uses Any DVD HD (7.4.4.0) as driver between to protect system, never used for copies, only for playing purposes while on work.
The BlueRay player is a external SAMSUNG via USB 3.0
All other blue rays are working fine. Of course all BR HD disks are original baught.
Anything that can be tried?
