I'm going to be in a unique situation. I'll be deployed, I'll have no laptop or internet, but I'll be bringing with me a 3 TB external hard drive with all of my media on it. I need to know if I can add my videos to VLC directly from this hard drive, or if there is another program out there that will fulfill my needs. Can anyone help me please?
I'm on iOS7 and I'm jailbroken if that affects the answer here.

On iOS you cannot access external drives...
