I found a parameter in my UI that looked useful, so I tried varying it. It didn't seem to do anything. So I looked it up in the documentation. Other parameters on the same window were described, but this one wasn't. I suppose that, although the window design is complete, manipulation of that parameter has not yet been coded. Is that a reasonable supposition for VLC in general?
The parameter in this case is "subtitles speed" in fps. The window it appears in is very like the window documented on https://wiki.videolan.org/VSG:Subtitle:Delay/ except that the bottom two parameters, one of which is "subtitles speed," are not mentioned.
So does the "Track Synchronization" window in VLC 2.0.9 running under MacOS 10.6.8 contain a "subtitles speed" parameter just to tantalize me? Or perhaps am I misguessing the proper way to change this parameter?
