Playlist Organizer?

Hello, I been looking EVERYWHERE for this, and I think it does not even exist now, but before giving up I wanted to ask away this here.

I have around 6.000 Anime episodes saved into around 100 sub-folders, each sub-folder has the name of each anime series and the episodes inside of it.

I have always play a playlist with all the episodes in it, and I arrange it by Folder names, so I have to watch for example:

"Death Note - Ep 1
next - > Death Note Ep 2
next -> "Death Note Ep 3" Etc...

The thing is that I am looking for a program, plugin, application, or way, to arrange my playlist easly in this way:

"Death Note - Ep 1
next - > Escaflowne - Ep 1
next - > Claymore Ep 1
next - > Bleach EP 1
next - > Death Note - Ep 2
next - > Escaflowne - Ep 2" Etc...


I hope you can help me, since the only way I found is doing it manually and that will take AGES since i have loads of episodes. Thank you for reading me~~
