Adding Logo or Text by Streaming

Hello,

i want to add Text or Logo if i stream Video over the Network.

I tried it already with CTRL+E and select in the Tab "Video Effects - Overlay" Add text but this is only working when i watching Videofile or Videostreaming.

Can someone help me?
