VLC 2.1.2/64 bit - No sound on other audio tracks

Hello,

The following problem exists in the VLC player 64 bit version:

If a video is played with multiple audio tracks, the sound is only on one track and then only with the English language.

For all other audio tracks, no sound comes. As it seems, the problem is only present when the English language is not on the audio track 1 (I have not verified this).

The 32 bit version does not have this problem.

System: Windows 7 64 Bit - VLC 2.1.2

i have this problem too.
My System:
win7 prof 64 Bit Service Pack1
VLC: 2.1.3 Ricewind

If i play the 1 Audio or 3 Audio Track there is no sound. But the 2 Audio Track is ok.

The programm "MediaInfo" shows this:
