A :stop-chapter option for when streaming / converting?

When streaming, I can specify a :stop-time=xyz but I can't specify a :stop-chapter=xy

It would be rather useful (for me at least!) to have this power.

I appreciate I can specify the *start* chapter in the source URL (/DVD#titleNo:chapterNo) but to stop by chapter rather than time is nifty sometimes.

Please feel free to implement this idea if easy / sensible etc.
