vlc 2.1.0 compile with VS2005(make subproject per module)

Hi. everyone and Jean-Baptiste Kempf.

This is version of vlc 2.1.0 compile with VS2005.

As Jean-Baptiste Kempf's requests, I split each subproject per module.

These are 295 projects.

I don't have time to make other versions.

I'll make that ASAP.

cygwin compile part is not changed (same as vlc 2.1.0 compile with VS2005/2008/2010)

And to use english directory and file name, it has little problem other language.
