How I get screen shot of video in format .bmp?

hello, I want to achive one screen shot in format .bmp. the only option what I see are formats .jpg and .png.

and i need photo in format .bmp.

The video that I have are in formar .avi. Is possible to achive photo from this one in format .bmp?

If not is possible, I accept suggestion. thank you all.

VLC can't natively create BMP files but you can use PNG, which is a lossless format, and then save it as BMP using Paint or any other similar app of your choice which can open PNG and save as BMP.
