Default audio Language and subtitle

Hello

For starting i'm really sorry for my English but i'm a french speaker who learn english at school...

I watch a lot of video in .MKV with VO and FR audio piste and subtitle in VOSTFR so i would know if there is a way for make the VO piste (Japanese) and subtitle launch by default when i start the video and not the french piste only.

Tools > Preferences > (Show settings = All) > Input / Codecs: Track settings
