How change audio volume in out stream

I'm use VLC for Shoutcast, cmd line:

vlc -I telnet udp://@224.1.1.2:22222 :program=3 :sout=#transcode{novideo,acodec=mp3,ab=128,channels=2}:std{access=shout,mux=raw,dst=source:xxx@10.11.11.1:8000/Shanson}


I can't change audio volume of the internet radio, carrent volume is low. Version vlc 8.6.
It version is very good!

Changing the volume whilet ranscoding is only supported in VLC 2.1 and later.
