Cannot even see the taskbar
Cannot even see the taskbar
I'm new so this might be me being a dummy...but I'm trying to save a video link sent to me. Everything I read say to click MEDIA and go from there. I don't see anything across the top of the video to click on. No toolbar or whatever. The video is playing VERY SLOWLY but I want to be able to save it as an MP4 and watch it. Why can I not see the options across the top of the screen? Tools or whatever?

Reset preferences and cache.
