PCM audio issue 2.0.7

when i ran the update to 2.0.7 i noticed my movies that used PCM audio played very quite. i used time machine and got back version 2.0.6 and the problem is now fixed. i was wondering what changed and if i take the update what setting i can use to keep the volume normal. PCM sounds way to awesome to just let it go
