ISP ?

hi, I have a problem posting on this forum
I get: "Error 403: Forbidden"
my isp is Vodafone, I have a 3G router (i don't have a real IP allocated only to me, IP is shared and i guess with many)

so, can you do something about it ?

PS how I actually did manage to post here ? ... I'm a network administrator and I connected via VPN to my workplace

Did you check each of the blacklists located at 403.html?

now I did
seems like my ip is listed on CBL, i did try to remove it, but I don't hope too much
2 sites don't respond (error 504)
1 site don't send any data
1 site don't have an obvious check form

I don't want to discuss the sanity of those checks (blacklisting a shared IP or a dynamic IP), be cause that's not the point here
the point is:

can you do something about it ?

so, i guess nothing ... bad thing is i restart router, then i get a different ip, and then error 403 again
