Banned, account and all posts deleted

My account and all my posts were deleted, and the moderator refuses to answer my emails. I asked one simple how-to question - that's it. What's going on? Don't you people have a program to program?

This could be a mistake too, since we have a LOT of spam and sometime automatic users deletions...

And the auto deletion doesn't provide any notification, of any kind, to the banned user? Just one day, everything's wiped out of the system and all trace is gone, with no notice all?

Did it ever occur to anyone to set up the banning system to send an email letting the person know they've been banned?
