Vlc doesn't play (some) DVB-T channels

Postby NoWay0001 » 07 May 2013 22:22

- Vlc 2.0.1-git

Vlc doesn't play some DVB-T channels probably because the channel operator sends fake DVB options.
The syslog reports this error :

Code: Select all

dvb error: unknown option (4:code-rate-lp=0:modulation=64QAM:transmission=-1:guard=1/4:hierarchy=0)
The magic commandline switch " --dvb-budget-mode " doesn't work .

Is there a workaround to play those channels ?
