Http Streaming Bandwidth Requirements

Hi I am using vlc to stream audio in mp3 mode using

:sout=#transcode{vcodec=none,acodec=mp3,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:http{mux=raw,dst=:8070/} :sout-keep

now suppose I am listening from another computer my upload bandwidth will be 128kbps.
But then I go to yet another computer and simultaneously listen the will my bandwidth be 128kbps or will it increase to 248kbps on my vlc computer?????
