Looking for Hardware MPTS Decoder

Greetings,

I know this may be a bit off-topic, but I'm looking for a recommendation on a piece of hardware.

I have some MPTS IP streams that come from off-air tuners. I am trying to find a consumer-affordable set-top-box decoder that can select streams and output them as HDMI.

I've tried an Amino set-top-box, but it is only capable of SPTS and therefore only outputs the first stream that it finds.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
