Video preview from taskbar not playing when VLC minimized
When VLC is open (on your screen) and you highlight the VLC bar on the taskbar, it shows a live mini-player. However, when VLC is minimized and you highlight the VLC bar on the taskbar, it shows only a frozen thumbnail, even when the video is still playing while minimized. Is this a bug, is it intended, or can I fix it through options? Thanks.

This is a bug, but this is expected, since the original Window is not displayed
